This 3-night women’s-only retreat is inspired by the wisdom of a holistic mind/body system of health called Ayurveda.
Cocooned in a stunning French colonial-style homestead surrounded by fragrant gardens, you’ll explore the timeless wisdom of the multi-dimensional health system called Ayurveda. This practical offering includes daily yoga, and Ayurveda workshops addressing foundational Ayurvedic principles, daily routine, self-massage, and spices as kitchen medicine. Woven throughout the weekend are spacious times for you to relax and enjoy the magnesium pool, sauna, and hot tub.
This retreat is for women who want to learn about a preventative system of self-care that will serve them well over their entire life span. You’ll discover your unique mind/body type, tendencies towards imbalance, and ways to help restore balance. This includes everyday nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and a nourishing daily routine to optimise gut health, reduce stress, and amplify rejuvenation.
We provide an authentic Ayurvedic experience in synch with nature’s rhythms – a harmonious way of doing and being that will immediately begin the healing process of restoring balance. You’ll experience the innate goodness and common sense of Ayurvedic protocols, and how to apply Ayurveda’s simple but powerful principles to every aspect of your life.
